Song Cover samples

I decided, due to popularity, that i wanted to do a cover of the song i'm doing for my music video. I have asked one boy band and three other female artists (Kendal and his band, Darcy, Imo, and Sonja) - whether they would be interested in doing a cover for the song. The letter i sent to them was as so:

Hello,

For my A2 Media Project this year I am creating a music video for the song 'oh how i do like to be beside the sea'. I would like to do a cover for this song, and i wondered whether you would be interested in doing a recording for me? I will be asking a number of people for a sample of the song, audition, and then decide on the most appropriate version to match my video idea.  

Really don't worry if not, just thought it was worth asking just incase.
